Hello, my questions are the following:

1. Can I connect a prop firm account and my real brokerage account on the same instance of SC. I have my prop firm account connected via Rithmic and I also have my real account connected through Philip Capital/Denali/Teton. I want to use the Denali/Teton data but trade the prop firm account. I have accomplished that so I'm using the Denali data feed and can trade the prop account but I cannot trade my real account. When I change the connection to Teton I can see my real account but not the prop firm account. Is there a work around that or do I have to have two instances of SC open, one with the real CME account and another with the prop firm.

2. Is there a way to copy trades from my real account that's on Philip Capital and Denali/Teton to my prop firm account that's on Rithmic?

1. You have to have two installations of Sierra Chart to do this. One will be connected to Rithmic and the other to Teton. Both will get the data from our Denali Exchange Data feed. Just make sure you have both installations on the same computer and there will not be any additional fees. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

And refer to the following regarding connections for the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

2. We do not have a way to do this, but there is someone that has developed this (we do not remember who). We know there is a post on this Support Board that mentions it.

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Thank you, I do have another unrelated question to this topic, should I post it here in the replies or make another post on the Support Board?

It is best practice to start a new thread, but you can continue in this one if you prefer it (so you can find a single thread for all your questions for instance).

Thank you, my other question is about latency on SC. I'm currently comparing Quantower with Rithmic (Chicago Servers), SC with Teton and ATAS with CQG. I have a screenshot (attached) where you can see that SC is late to Quantower last price by 4 ticks, usually it's late by 1 tick here and there but 4 ticks is a bit too much.

Is there a way to improve this and what is this caused by?

I have SC on an SSD and I don't have any studies except the "Current Price Line", everything else is default a it's lagging behind by a bit. I checked all the recommendations and I'm not doing anything to hinder the performance of the software. In fact the other two softwares are using more studies and have a lot of chartbooks opened and still are faster than SC when it comes to price.

1. I'm on the latest version of SC.
2. I'm using Denali
3. I don't have more than 4 Trading DOM's
4. Not using the Recent Bid/Ask Volume or Current Traded Bid/Ask/Total Volume
5.It was at 400 I changed it to 40
6. Changed it to 30 and reconnected
7. It's set to 100
8. I don't have any custom studies except one which is the price line, I don't think that would impact latency that much.
9. It's on an SSD
10. Changed to High Performance and set priority to "Above Normal"

From what I can tell seems like it has fixed the issue but I will do some more testing and I do have some questions.

Why not set the Chart Update Interval lower than 40 if it's on just the DOM or just one chart? Same for the Remote Buffer Delay Send Time In Milliseconds.
